Living Light Haven was born because I remember what it felt like not to be held in that sacred moment. I remember birthing my first child without the emotional, spiritual, or ancestral support my soul craved. I created this haven because no one should feel that alone and not during birth, not during becoming.

In ancient times, we didn't call them doulas. We called them aunties, mothers, hands that knew. They came with songs, prayers, oils, and silence that held. Today, we call them doulas. And the data is finally catching up to what our ancestors always knew:

Instead, I offer remembrance. I offer a space where your Orí, your divine head, your sacred compass is honored, where your choices are respected, and where your birth is seen not just as a medical event but as a spiritual unfolding.
